Our company is a valid PEFC Chain of Custody certificate holder whereby we are committed and complies with all regulations and requirements of C.o.C certification as imposed by MTCS/PEFC. PAN RESOURCES SDN BHD’s Chain of Custody Certification Number is SGSMY-PEFC-COC-0002.

• All our products are derived from legally harvested timbers and are 100% PEFC Certified. Our purchasing department only secures certified timbers from PEFC certified and valid C.o.C certificate holder. Timbers from controversial sources are totally banned.

• As integral part of the Chain of Custody process, all our products are being labelled with PEFC logo together with our registration number of PEFC/34-31-001 in identification of certified product status.

• Ms Christy Wong has been appointed as management representative whereby she will ensure that the PEFC Chain of Custody method of physical separation is being implemented and well maintained.

• Our company gives first preference employment opportunities to local citizens in contribution to improvements of Malaysia’s socio-economy.

• We also ensure our working environment meet or exceed all applicable laws and/or regulations covering health and safety of employees.

• Our workers are given the rights to organise and voluntarily negotiate with employer. This guaranteed is as outlined in Conventions 87 and 98 of the International Labour Organisation (ILO).

• All our employees reserve the rights to join in/participate in workers organisation and collective bargaining. Forced labour is strictly prohibited in our company. Each and every employee is given fair chance of promotion and work in respective department based on their area of strength. Should there be any misconduct, that person will be dismissed accordingly. During any employment, a minimum age of 21 years old is being implemented. Besides that, all employees enjoy the benefit of panel doctor as well as insurance coverage borne by company.
